The public API currently requires no authentication. API key-based authentication will be introduced in the future.
Rate Limit
All endpoints are limited to 60 requests per minute per IP address.

Returns the top 20 trending issues ranked by KScore.
Returns the latest tension scores for all monitored countries.
Returns the latest tension and 30-day history for a specific country.
Returns a list of all country codes that have available data.
Returns overall platform statistics (total events, active clusters, etc.).
Returns a weekly summary for the past 7 days (top issues, tension, stats).
